RICHARD REHMANN BOARD PRESIDENT Richard is a third-generation owner of ARH Associates, a local multi-disciplined civil engineering firm that services New Jersey and the surrounding states.  He has worked with ARH for over 30 years, first starting in the environmental engineering department and then later establishing and growing the firm’s geospatial technologies division to the industry leader in the State.  Richard is now responsible for visioning, managing, and growing the entire firm. Richard is a lifelong resident of Hammonton.  He maintains a community-centric focus by supporting and volunteering for a variety of community entities including, serving on the Hammonton Little League Board and coaching girls’ softball, volunteering for the Hammonton Health Coalition, contributing to the growth of Hammonton Heart & Soul, acting as a Board member for the Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce, and serving as co-chair of the Economic Impact Committee of the Mayor’s COVID-19 Task Force.  Richard was instrumental in establishing “ARH in the Community”, a 501c3 charitable organization designed to give back to the communities in which ARH serves. Following a family and corporate commitment to community service, Richard joined Hammonton MainStreet in 2017 shortly after moving his company’s operations to the center of Downtown, reclaiming an abandoned bank building in the process.  Richard enjoys helping people, supporting the local economy, and assisting small business entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.  He has served as Board President for several years as part of an overall organizational transition and sustainability strategy, most recently hiring of a new Executive Director.

CHRISTINA BIRCHLER BOARD VICE PRESIDENT Christina has been serving as the Director of Stockton University’s campus in Downtown Hammonton since 2019. Christina began her volunteer involvement in Hammonton in 2013. She also serves on Hammonton Heart & Soul’s Leadership Team, as a Trustee of the Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce. Christina joined the HRC Board in 2021 and was elected to Vice President in 2022. She appreciated the hard work of the volunteers on board constantly working to improve Downtown Hammonton. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with family, watching baseball, and celebrating anything Christmas related.

EILEEN UNGER, P.E. BOARD SECRETARY CHAIR: ECONOMIC VITALITY Eileen Unger is the President of Emergency Preparedness Partnerships (EPP), helping utility companies prepare for emergencies through emergency response / storm restoration planning; audits; training; exercises; standard operating procedures; crisis management / communications planning; cyber incident response plans; liaison programs; vulnerability and physical security assessments. Prior to cofounding EPP, Eileen worked for Atlantic Electric; Bechtel Construction at the Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Station; and United Engineers and Constructors. Eileen has a B.S. in Civil Engineering - Rutgers University College of Engineering, and an M.S. in Engineering Management – N.J.I.T. Eileen is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and a member of the Board of Directors of Durand (Vice President), the Hammonton Revitalization Corporation (Secretary) and the Historical Society of Hammonton (Treasurer). In 2018, Eileen was inducted into the Atlantic County Women’s Hall of Fame, awarded the Business Excellence Award by SJ Magazine in 2016, and inducted into the International Women in Emergency Management and Homeland Security Hall of Fame on 2013. For 10 years, Eileen served as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association. Eileen is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), New Jersey Utilities Association, and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. Eileen became involved with the HRC as a member of the Economic Vitality Committee in 2017, and joined the board in 2019. She currently serves as the HRC Secretary and the Chair of the Economic Vitality Committee.

BENJAMIN OTT BOARD TREASURER CHAIR: NOMINATIONS AAMS, Wealth Manager, Kingsview Partners Wealth Management Ben lives and works in Hammonton running a wealth management practice along with a card/board game venue. He operates his own independent financial planning and investment management practice through Kingsview Wealth Management. Obsessively ethical, Ben specializes in offering clients easy to understand yet comprehensive financial information. In his free time, Ben enjoys playing card games, golfing, camping, pickleball, and socializing with friends.

JIM BACON BOARD MEMBER CHAIR: PROMOTIONS Vice President, Workforce Business Management Specialist Jim works at TD Bank as a Business Management Specialist, where he also leads the Latin Employee Network in NJ/PA. Jim obtained his MBA from Rutgers University in 2016 and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University in 2021, and he brings in several years of experience in the financial and banking industry as well as in process improvement, efficiency and innovation. Jim was born in Peru, arriving at Hammonton in 2001 and graduating from Hammonton High School in 2004. He is fluent in Spanish, and has published a Spanish poetry book called "Primavera Esbelta" (Slender Spring). He is also a passionate "Futbol" fanatic, he plays soccer throughout the year at least once a week. He lives in Hammonton, with his wife, with whom he owns a cleaning company in town called Flowers , they have two children and a Husky mix named Luna. Jim is involved in representing and elevating the Latino Community. Jim joined HRC in 2020 with the inspiration to be one of the voices and faces of the Latino community in town. Jim serves as a connection with our Latino businesses and community, building and strengthening relationships to work together. Also with two children in the public school system and with a small business in town, Jim advocates to continue to improve Hammonton and promote our town as a great place to live, work and play.

ALLISON CARACCIOLO-GALLAGHER BOARD MEMBER Professional Photographer Certified Life Coach Allison graduated from the Art Institute Philadelphia 2001 and started AllisonAnne Studios Portrait Business in 2006. She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Allison offers a full service custom portrait photographer with a studio in Downtown Hammonton, NJ. As a photographer, she creates an exceptional and unforgettable experience for her clients whether it's for a family or a business person’s headshots. Allison is also a certified life coach and motivational speaker. In her journey as a woman entrepreneur, she's spent several years with coaches and has transformed by overcoming an eating disorder, limiting beliefs, and pushing through her personal glass ceiling. As a certified life/business coach, she now helps clients manage their mind to live a fuller, happier life. Allison has strong convictions to help women and young girls realize their potential. She loves to motivate and inspire through portraits or when speaking on stage. Allison has been seen several times on Fox and Friends national news in NYC speaking about portraits and educating moms on photographing their children. She was asked to speak several times to the 5th grade girls in our elementary school. In 2021, Allison created and hosted an “I Choose Me” event for tweens educating over 60 young girls about the external and internal bully and raised money for a local girls charity “Girls Like Us”. Allison enjoys giving back both locally and nationally through her photography business. She has raised over $10,000 for charities such as: Center for Family Services Farmers against Hunger Girls Like Us CHOP Cancer Research The Funny Farm Allsion has been a board member of the HRC since February of 2020. She is extremely passionate about investing time in our great town of Hammonton. "I want to help keep it the unique town it is today. I didn’t realize how much creative time and man hours it takes to implement and run over 30 events annually until I became a member. Now I have the strong desire to be a huge part of the creativity to cultivate more economic growth and celebrate Hammonton. I want to do my part and show my daughter that giving back is always a great idea. I am honored to sit on the board with the other members."

DAVID INGEMI BOARD MEMBER Insurance Account Executive 2023 marks David's 20th year in the Real Estate industry. He began his career in Lending, where he became a top 50 Account Executive for a National Mortgage Lender. Currently, Dave serves as a Sales Executive in the Title Insurance sector, and was voted the Nexus Board of Realtors "Affiliate of the Year" 2 out of the last 3 years. He recently attained a Property and Casualty license as well, so that he may further serve clients by offering Homeowners insurance. Dave serves on the Nexus Board of Realtors Young Professional Committee, and annually volunteers for local Habitat for Humanity projects. Dave is proudly one of the most tenured members of the HRC committee. He currently serves on the sub-committees for the Annual Main Street Gala, Economic Vitality, and Design. As a life-long resident of the town of Hammonton, Dave enjoys volunteering his time to the numerous activities that the HRC implements to improve our town. Dave believes a beautiful town starts with a beautiful and thriving "Downtown". He lovesto hear people from other towns compliment our Main Street, and talk about how they love to visit. Our Downtown gives local residents a place to meet, enjoy spending time, and increases the value of owning a home in Hammonton.

JASON MICHELINI BOARD MEMBER Jason is an Estimator and Project Manager at EB Fence, LLC. responsible for a number of day-to-day aspects of the business including estimates for all potential projects, building relationships with clients and maintaining a safe environment. During his tenure with EB Fence, he has been able to increase sales year over year and develop many relationships with General Contractors throughout the state. Prior to joining EB Fence in 2016, Jason spent 20 years as a General Manager for Applebee’s Restaurants. During his tenure as a GM he managed a number of locations throughout Southern New Jersey and Delaware with great success. Jason also had the opportunity to be involved with The HERO Campaign’s annual Golf Tournament. I served as their sponsor for providing Lunch to all of the golfers from 2012 to 2016. I was responsible for coordinating and executing this portion of the Event on behalf of Applebee’s. I joined the HRC board in February of 2018 and have served on several committees including the Fundraising Committee and the Economic Vitality Committee (Chairperson from 2018 through 2022). I have also led the Hammonton-Opoly initiative to raise funds for our organization. I chose to join the HRC because of the dedication they have shown for the past 40 years in growing and creating a great place to live and play. I truly believe that Hammonton is the best small town in NJ and am extremely proud to be a part of it.

BILL OLIVO BOARD MEMBER Bill graduated from St. Joseph High School and Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, now known as University of the Sciences. He previously owned Chemist Shoppe Pharmacy for 20 years in Medford, NJ. He was a former partner of Bellevue Drug. Bill was a former member of the Ad Hoc committee for the Boyer Avenue Project and actively involved in the selection for the Town Hall site. He was also the former president and coach of Hammonton Youth Soccer Association. Bill was first elected to Town Council in 2001 and was a member of Town Council from 2001-2005 and again from 2021-2022. He is currently the Chairperson of Hammonton Joint Land Use Board. Bill became involved with HRC as council representative to the Board in 2021. “Understanding how important the Board is to the Town, I wanted to keep on with my involvement by becoming a Board member.”
